1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Key 2 Debt Free LLC. By using key2debtfree.com or booking a consultation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2What we are and are not
Key 2 Debt Free provides debt consolidation education and planning. We are not a lender, a law firm, a tax preparer, or an investment adviser, and we do not make loans. If a consolidation loan fits your situation and you ask, we refer you to a licensed lender. Any loan is between you and that lender, who sets the terms and makes every approval decision. What we share is general information, not legal, tax, or investment advice.
3No guarantee of results
Consolidation does not automatically improve your credit, and it does not guarantee savings or approval. A lower monthly payment can come from a longer term and may cost more over time. Results vary.
4Booking a consultation
Please give accurate contact details when you book. Booking does not commit you to a loan or any other service.
5Using the site
Use the site lawfully and do not misuse it or try to access what you are not authorized to. You are responsible for the information you give us and for your own financial decisions, and you agree to cover any claims that come from misusing the site. The text, design, Open Circle mark, and Key 2 Debt Free name belong to us. You may view and share the site for personal use, but not copy it for other purposes without our written permission. 6Limits of our responsibility

7Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida, unless the law gives you a different right.
8Changes
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept them.
